Returns
We are happy to accept the return of unsuitable goods provided they are not special orders and the following conditions are met. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice (not a photo copy).
Goods returned for a refund must be posted back to us within 7 days.
No postage or packaging costs will be refunded. All returns must be in their original (undamaged) packaging, it is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods in this condition and returns should be insured against transit damage.
Please be aware we can not make exceptions to these few conditions and goods returned outside the time frame or with out the original invoice will not be refunded and will be disposed off at our discression.
